Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines what is and is not allowed when using Contentpole. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
1. Mature & Suggestive Content
Contentpole allows limited suggestive content such as swimwear, lingerie, and glamour photography styles. All users must be 18+ to use the platform.
Allowed
- Swimwear, bikini, and beachwear content
- Lingerie and fashion-forward imagery
- Glamour and artistic photography styles
- Fitness and athletic content
Prohibited
- Full nudity, explicit sexual content, or pornographic imagery
- Any content depicting or suggesting minors (see Section 2)
- Non-consensual intimate imagery of real people (see Section 3)
- Content featuring characters that appear underage, even if stated to be fictional
- Revenge porn or recreation of leaked intimate imagery
- Content that violates destination platform rules
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with laws in your jurisdiction and the terms of any platform where you publish it.
2. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) β Zero Tolerance
Contentpole maintains an absolute zero tolerance policy for CSAM.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Any content depicting or suggesting minors in sexual or exploitative contexts
- Sexualizing individuals who appear underage
- Creating deepfakes of real minors
- Generating age-regressed versions of adults in sexual contexts
- Lolicon, shotacon, or similar stylized content depicting minors
Any violation results in:
- Immediate and permanent account termination
- No refund of any kind
- Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Report to relevant law enforcement authorities
- Full cooperation with criminal investigations
If you encounter such content, report it immediately to abuse@contentpole.com.
3. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Creating deepfake pornography of real individuals without their explicit written consent
- Recreating leaked or stolen intimate imagery
- Face-swapping real people into pornographic content without consent
- Generating revenge porn or harassment material
- Creating intimate content of ex-partners, colleagues, or acquaintances without consent
This applies to all individuals β public figures, celebrities, and private persons alike. Consent must be verifiable, documented, and producible upon request. Violation results in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
4. Deepfakes of Real People
Prohibited Without Verifiable Written Consent
- Face-swapping real people into any content
- Voice cloning of real individuals
- Creating fake statements, actions, or endorsements
- Impersonating real people for fraud, harassment, or deception
Allowed With Documented Consent
- Commissioned work with a signed release from the depicted person
- Parody or satire with clear "AI-generated" labeling
- Non-commercial tribute or fan content with disclosure
Consent documentation must be retained and produced upon request by Contentpole or law enforcement.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not use Contentpole to generate, distribute, or promote:
- Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group based on protected characteristics
- Illegal Activities: Content that promotes, facilitates, or instructs illegal activities
- Terrorism: Content that supports, glorifies, or recruits for terrorist organizations
- Self-Harm: Content that promotes suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders
6. Intellectual Property
The following are prohibited:
- Recreating copyrighted characters (Disney, Marvel, anime characters, etc.)
- Generating content using trademarked brands or logos without license
- Creating fake influencer accounts impersonating real brands
- Copying the distinctive likeness of real influencers or models
- Using celebrity faces or likenesses without authorization
You represent that generated content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Contentpole responds to DMCA takedown notices per 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512. Submit notices to dmca@contentpole.com.
7. Political Manipulation & Disinformation
The following are prohibited:
- Creating deepfake content of political candidates without clear AI disclosure
- Generating fake endorsements from public figures
- Creating misleading content intended to influence elections
- Impersonating government officials or agencies
- Spreading demonstrably false information during election periods
This section is in compliance with applicable laws including the EU Digital Services Act and U.S. state deepfake legislation.
8. Fraud & Financial Scams
The following are prohibited:
- Catfishing: Creating fake identities to deceive others in personal relationships
- Romance Scams: Using AI influencers for dating fraud
- Investment Scams: Fake testimonials, pump-and-dump schemes
- Phishing: Impersonating trusted entities to steal information
- Fake Endorsements: Product endorsements without disclosure that content is AI-generated
- Pyramid/MLM Schemes: Using AI influencers to recruit for fraudulent schemes
- Cryptocurrency Scams: Fake crypto promotions or rug-pull schemes
9. Harassment & Targeted Attacks
The following are prohibited:
- Creating deepfakes to harass, intimidate, or threaten individuals
- Generating content to bully or humiliate specific people
- Creating fake accounts to stalk or monitor someone
- Using AI influencers to spread targeted hate about individuals
- Doxxing or revealing private information via generated content
This applies to both public figures and private individuals.
10. Health Misinformation
The following are prohibited:
- AI influencers posing as medical professionals giving health advice
- Spreading medical misinformation that could cause real-world harm
- Fake health product endorsements or miracle cure claims
- Promoting dangerous challenges or harmful activities
- Pro-eating-disorder content (pro-ana, pro-mia)
These restrictions are especially enforced during public health emergencies.
11. Age Verification
All Contentpole users must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account and subscribing to a plan, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Providing false age information is grounds for immediate account termination.
12. AI Usage Limits & Platform Abuse
To maintain service quality and platform integrity:
- Use credits within your subscription plan limits
- Do not attempt to bypass credit limits through technical exploitation
- Do not use automated scripts or bots to generate content beyond your plan
- Do not share account credentials to circumvent per-user limits
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
- Do not create multiple accounts to abuse free credits or trial periods
13. Unauthorized Resale
Prohibited
- Reselling Contentpole-generated content as a white-label service
- Offering "AI influencer as a service" using our backend without license
- Bulk generation for third-party clients without a commercial license
- Sublicensing access to the platform
Permitted
- Selling products or services promoted by your AI influencer
- Monetizing your AI influencer's content (ads, subscriptions, sponsorships)
- Using generated content in your own business marketing

14. Third-Party Platform Compliance
When publishing content to other platforms, you must comply with their AI disclosure requirements:
- Instagram / Facebook (Meta): Disclose AI-generated content per Meta policies. No fake account impersonation.
- TikTok: Label synthetic media per community guidelines.
- YouTube: Disclose altered or synthetic content in descriptions.
Failure to disclose AI-generated content where required may violate both this policy and the destination platform's terms.
15. Geographic Restrictions
Certain content types may be illegal in specific jurisdictions. You are responsible for compliance with local laws, including but not limited to:
- AI-generated content restrictions (South Korea, etc.)
- Deepfake-specific prohibitions (China, etc.)
- Strict content regulations (various Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian jurisdictions)
Contentpole reserves the right to restrict features or access based on your location to comply with applicable laws.
16. Content Responsibility
You are solely and fully responsible for:
- Legal compliance in your jurisdiction for all content you create
- Platform policy compliance wherever you publish generated content
- Obtaining all necessary rights, releases, and consents
- AI disclosure where legally required
- All consequences arising from your use of generated content
Contentpole provides tools β you control how they are used. We are not liable for your use of generated content.
17. AI Content Disclosure
We strongly recommend the following best practices:
- Disclose AI-generated status when publishing content
- Use watermarks or captions indicating synthetic media
- Comply with platform-specific disclosure requirements
- Be transparent with your audience about AI involvement
Some jurisdictions legally require AI disclosure (EU AI Act, California AB 2602, and others). Check your local laws. Where legally required, disclosure is mandatory, not optional.
18. Content Moderation
Contentpole employs the following moderation measures:
- Automated AI filters for prohibited content categories
- Human review for flagged content
- User reporting system
- Proactive monitoring of high-risk accounts
We reserve the right to:
- Review any generated content for policy compliance
- Delete content that violates this policy without notice
- Suspend accounts pending investigation
- Preserve evidence for law enforcement when required
Users have no expectation of privacy for content that violates laws or this policy.
19. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a written warning
- Suspension: Temporary account suspension for repeated or moderate violations
- Termination: Permanent account closure for severe violations, without refund
- Legal Action: We reserve the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations
CSAM violations, NCII violations, and illegal content result in immediate termination β no warning, no appeal.
20. Appeal Process
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal by:
- Emailing appeals@contentpole.com within 30 days of the action
- Providing evidence of compliance or context for the violation
- Explaining the circumstances
Appeal decisions are made in good faith and are final. No appeals are available for:
- CSAM violations
- NCII violations
- Illegal content
- Repeated violations after prior warnings
21. Responsible Disclosure
If you discover security vulnerabilities in our platform:
Please Do
- Report findings to security@contentpole.com
- Provide reasonable time to address the issue (90 days)
- Avoid public disclosure before a fix is deployed
Please Do Not
- Exploit vulnerabilities for personal gain
- Access other users' accounts or data
- Disclose publicly before a patch is available
We appreciate responsible security research and may offer recognition for significant findings.
22. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy:

- CSAM reports: abuse@contentpole.com
- Copyright claims: dmca@contentpole.com
- Security issues: security@contentpole.com
- Appeal requests: appeals@contentpole.com
We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
23. Changes to This Policy
